Although advertised as a strength machine on ProForm’s website, it’s more focused on bodyweight training and lower-intensity workouts such as yoga.

- Yoga
- Bodyweight exercises – think crunches, abs work, and pushups
- Body toning (not body building)
Do I Need a Subscription for the ProForm Vue?
A subscription is required to use the ProForm Vue. At the time of writing, an individual annual iFit subscription costs $180.
A family option is also available for $39.99 per month, reduced to $396 if you buy an annual membership.
